Summer's Secret Seasoning is a salt-free, savory blend of spices that are mixed and packaged in the Virgin Islands. The inspiration for my Secret Seasoning came from the packaged blends I found in Italy ... Savory combinations of spices used to enhance meats, sauces, pasta - just about everything.

My Secret Seasoning is for both beginning and experienced cooks. You don't have to invest in owning lots of different spices - that can get expensive! Summer's Secret Seasoning can take the place of a number of seasonings in your kitchen cabinet. I don't put in salt, sugar, chemicals or fillers ... Just my own blend of savory, but not hot, spices.
