Soups

I love soup and make it all the time, even though I live in the tropics. It's a great way to preserve the very expensive vegetables we have here, and nothing beats a bowl of hot soup for dinner during our mildly cool winters.

Onion - Fast and easy pureed soup ... no cheese, no croutons.

Yellow Squash - When it is cold, you can enjoy soup that is the color of sunshine.
